@simonalkenmayer! Allow me to present my version of your recipe for Spicy Hungarian Oysters from the chapter “Interrogation”. I have made some substitutions: I used sheep’s testicles, a red Indiana chili, and added a bit of tomato paste, because my tomatoes were not very flavorful. Also, I couldn’t find pink peppercorns, so I used a rainbow mixture.

It smells delicious, and I will be sure to take pics as proof that I ate it!!! The hubs is making a lamb shank with veggies. That market is amaze-balls…lmao…puns…so I’m gonna try to make a few of your recipes!
