Lamb shank, Hungarian sheep testicles, and proof that I HAVE EATEN THEM.

They’re actually really tasty. The meat is all spongy and soaks up the tomato. Kind of like a spicy sausage spaghetti sauce. No weird or…testicle-ish taste at all.
