From top left, counter-clockwise:

Cockles, whelks, jellied eels, and shrimp.

Though honestly, the jellied eels look to be a cheat.

Ehhh?? What do you mean, a cheat?

Jellied eels are made by boiling the heads and bodies , bones in, this releasing collagen to create the jelly. True collagen is cloudy and yellow. This is clear. It is probably a pectin substitute.

How the hell do you know that???
