SIMON!!!!!
Name all of these things or I lose all respect for you.
From top left, counter-clockwise:
Cockles, whelks, jellied eels, and shrimp.
Though honestly, the jellied eels look to be a cheat.
Ehhh?? What do you mean, a cheat?
Jellied eels are made by boiling the heads and bodies , bones in, this releasing collagen to create the jelly. True collagen is cloudy and yellow. This is clear. It is probably a pectin substitute.
How the hell do you know that???
Also more amazing pics to come! I bought sheep testicles!!!
